My name is Gregory Gullberg and I am a story teller.
I am a reporter for the University of Oklahoma’s award-winning student produced daily news broadcast OU Nightly and Palestra.net: The College Network.
Once I’ve graduated from OU I hope to work as a professional reporter for a local news station. From there I might fulfill my dream of traveling into foreign war zones to report for a major news network.
My specialty is feature stories; I like to use simple themes to tug the audiences heart strings. There is also a lot to be said for a good piece of hard news. I have experience working in sports, particularly covering Oklahoma football, including my twice weekly Palestra Sooner Sports Updates.
I’m a one-man-band. The majority of my work is done by myself in every level of production. Conception, shooting, writing and editing… I do it all. Although a little help framing a stand-up is nice every now and then.
I am well versed in Final Cut Pro and currently learning Avid.
My camera of choice is the DSR 250.
I like to think my writing style is a touch Bob Dotsonesque.
Some may call me a worko’holic… others may call me a dreamer. But I like to call myself a storyteller.
